PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

During 2021 we have carried out activities on general overhaul of condensing steam turbine D4Y456, power 665 MW, manufactured by ALSTOM and generator WT23S-106AF3, manufactured by BBC (under BBC licence), as a part of investment maintenance of turbo generator in the second phase of revitalization of unit B1 at TENT B:

Overhaul included the following:

• Seals HP, MP, LP12 and LP34
• High pressure turbine
• Medium pressure turbine
• Low pressure turbine
• Joints HP/MP, MP/LP12, LP12/LP34 and LP34/G
• Turbine bearings and turbo generator shaft
• Valve chambers HP, MP, LP and TTLP
• Turbine of turbo feed pump
• Generator
