PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

During 2020 we carried out activities on general overhaul of steam turbine with rated power of 210 MW. Steam turbine in unit A2 is action type and consists of single-flow HPT (12 stages), single-flow MPT (11 stages) and single-shell double-flow LPT (8 stages). Turbine is jet regulated. Overhaul included the following:

• Overhaul on low-pressure cylinder
• Overhaul on high-pressure cylinder
• Overhaul on medium-pressure cylinder
• Turbine bearings and turbo generator shaft
• Regulation system
• Turbine rotor rotating device
• HP and MP stop valves (left and right) steam part
• Regulating valve HP
• Regulating valve MP
• Overhaul of gravity valves and their hydraulic motor
• Transitional HP pipelines, transitional MP pipelines and I, II and III turbine lines
• Generator
• Flushing of oil system on turbo generator
• Overhaul of supply pumps
