Replacement of the hot steam pipeline for interheated steam

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In the period from June to October 2009. there was carried out the replacement of the hot steam pipelines for interheated steam in block B2, with the following characteristics:

• Block power: 640 MW
• Operating temperature and pressure of the fluid: 540°C/42 bar
• Total weight of the dismantled equipment: 640,000 kg
• Total weight of the installed equipment: 512,000 kg
• In total, 189 welds with a size between ф 457x52mm and ф 1004x52mm. The pipeline materials are 15CrMoV510 and X10CrMoVNb91
• There were replaced 108 suspension devices
