PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Tender documents defined that the Project consists of three packages (BTO systems):

• Package 1 – Bucket-wheel excavator with capacity of 6600 m3/h
• Package 2 – Conveyor belt system B 2000 mm
• Package 3 – Stacker reclaimer with capacity of 8500 m3/h

After the procedure has been completed, the following suppliers were awarded the contract:

• Package 2 – Stacker reclaimer with capacity of 8500 m3/h / Sandvik

Tender documents for package 2 Stacker reclaimer provide for purchase and installation of stacker with capacity of 8.500 m3/h and tripper cars (travel gear and bogies) for conveyor B 2000mm. Manufacturer Sandvik designed the model PA 200 – 2000/15+60+60. Feromont Inzenjering DOO has been awarded the contract for mechanical engineering works.

 

Scope of work of Feromont Inzenjering DOO: Installation, inspection and commissioning of Reclaimer PA200-2000/15+60+60 with capacity of 8.500 m³/h, consisting of the following main units:

• Drive of the main unit
• Drive of the reclaimer unit
• Substructure
• Platform
• Pylon
• Bucket wheel boom
• Counterweight boom
• Intermediate conveyor
• Receiving conveyor

 

Technical specifications of the stacker reclaimer:

• Capacity – 8.500 m³/h
• Weight of the entire Stacker reclaimer / constant load is 1826.7 t
• Weight of the stacker reclaimer, full with travel gear is 1998 t
• Length of the entire stacker reclaimer including tripper cars is 179 m.
• Height of the stacker reclaimer is 31.9 m
• Width of the stacker reclaimer is 23.6 m
• Number of conveyors on stacker reclaimer is 3 (three)
• Maximum unloading height is 20.82 m
• Length of bucket wheel boom 60 m
