PROJECT: Purchase of equipment and performance on construction of pumping station PPS1 in block 38

In the period 2017 to 2020 we purchased, manufactured, delivered, installed and controlled the equipment to be used for construction of pumping station PPS1.

Consortium consisting of the following companies:

Montprojekt, Beograd, consortium leader – electric and measurement-regulation equipment

M-Enterijer, Beograd — construction

Feromont Inženjering Beograd – mechanical engineering

participated in realization of this project.

Pumping station consists of machine room, which has access to control room and room with electric equipment, transformer boxes and switchgear. Circulating pump, three on each distribution and return flow of the main pipe M1 installed in series in first portion of the room. Control room is accessed from machine room. Second part of the machine room is below ±0,00 level and is used to store manifolds for suction and discharge of circulating pumps, with shut-off and protective fittings and dirt separator at the connection of distribution and/or return flow of main pipe M1 to pumping station. Crane with capacity of 3.2t is installed for maintenance and handling of pumps and other equipment. The crane is driven by electric motor.
