PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In the period August 2015 – October 2015 we replaced slide valve PA-2306, replaced riser tube FF-0711 with Y connection and replacement of supporting pie of regenerator DC-2302

The project included very complex preparatory works, which aimed to ensure that all elements remaining after uninstallation of old and installation of new equipment are safely secured. Works have taken place in very inaccessible and confined spaces, so handling of heavy elements was even more difficult. By using many auxiliary tools, supporting structures, special tools and equipment, as well as specialized workers and engineers, works have been performed with required quality and with deadline which presented another difficult factor, since this project was the key for start of factory operations.  Works have been performed in strict compliance with all technical, safety and other supporting measures for installation/uninstallation of new equipment. Besides the detailed planning, implementation of constructive ideas and years of experience, risks were reduced to a minimum in such complex project in terms of feasibility and management, so this project is considered one of the most challenging in RNP.
