PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
In the period from June 2017 to October 2018 Mechanical assembly works were performed on Spreader PA200-2000/15+60+60:
- Preassembly and assembly of steel construction (Main and auxiliary transport, Boom, Boom counterweights…)
- Assembly of conveyor belts (Drums, Driver units, Rollers, Rubber conveyor, Wipers…)
- Installing lines of hydraulic piping and lubrication
Technical characteristics:
- Theoretical output: 8500 m3
- Bulk density: 1.7 t/m3
- Max.dumping height: 20 m
- Traveling speed: 6 m/min
- Traveling speed on level (Max. for 10 min): 9 m/min
- Length of discharge boom: 60 m
- Length of intermediate conveyor: 60 m
- Length of loading conveyor: 15 m
- Longitudinal Inclination (in operation – 1:20 / in transit – 1:10)
- Average ground pressure: 8 N/cm2
