Replacing the boiler combustion chamber with membrane type, phase II of revitalization (membranization) of the part of the combustion chamber of the boiler OP-380b

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
In the period from March to September 2016, phase II was conducted which included revitalization (membranization) of the part of the combustion chamber of the boiler OP-380b with the following scope of work:
- Replacement of the evaporator of the combustion chamber
- Replacement of the funnel of the combustion chamber
- Replacement of the connecting pipeline in the area of the funnel of the combustion chamber
- Modification of the supporting steel structures
- Installation of the suspension unit
- Replacement of REC heads
- Replacement of oil combustion chamber
- Replacement of the aero-mixture channel
- Replacement of the channel with hot primary and secondary air
- Cold recirculation channel replacement.
- Channels mounting SOFA
Other – installation: compensator, flaps, dilatational gauges, MUR equipment, input, workover and control gates, nozzles SOFA.
HPP Morava plant characteristics:
- Plant power: 120MW
- Nominal capacity of the boiler: 380 t/h
- Amount of inter-overheated steam: 342 t/h
- Temperature of the feed water: 230°C
- Steam pressure at the boiler outlet: 132 Bar
- Steam temperature at the boiler outlet: 540°C
- Pressure in the condenser: 0.07 Bar
- Lower calorific value of the Kolubara coal: 7780 kЈ/kg
- Lower calorific value of coal from the mine exploitation: 11963 kЈ/kg
- Coal consumption: 170 t/h
