Replacement of the suspended tubes and superheater 3 on the boiler of block 2

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In the period from May to September 2008. there were replaced the suspended tubes and the superheater 3 on the boiler of block 2, with the following characteristics:

The power of the block: 640 MW
Operating temperature and pressure of the fluid: 540°C/189 bar
Total weight of the replaced equipment: 124,000 kg
In total, 5,430 welds, with a size of ф 38×5 (6,3; 7,1) mm. The pipeline materials are 13CrMo44 and 10CrMo910
